Free Personal Training Session

Do you want to learn how we work with you? It’s important to us that you feel comfortable being trained by us, so set up an Free  Personal Training Session with Olly Pierce via email or ask for him at 864.288.0177. We’re sure you’re going to enjoy it.

Our complimentary free assessment will include:
• 10 minute cardio warm up.
• Full body stretching routine. All stretches are performed by the trainer, in order
to find any muscular discrepancies.
• Between 5 to 10 different weight bearing exercises. Correct body positioning and
appropriate speed of the repetition will be taught.
• Full body post-workout stretch.
• A full assessment will be given, this will demonstrate muscular imbalances,
flexibility issues, a path you will take in order to correct any problems and a new diet plan.
